This balloon artist is based out of Hideaway Lake in Carriere, MS but serves the greater New Orleans area from what I can tell! She shares her setups on NextDoor, and has worked as a balloon artist for quite a few years now. Her work speaks for itself.

I helped set up Party Layne’s son’s first two birthdays and let me tell you… this girl has an eye for colors & decor that is better than mine will ever be! She’s an excellent balloon artist who goes above and beyond. I love watching her business grow in our local community!

This balloon company also offers light-up marquee letters, opened a small venue in Poplarville, MS, and is an all-around go getter! I’ve had the honor of coordinating the transfer of a week-old balloon garland of hers to a local high school for a prom decor donation. Her work is fabulous!
